Announcing the NSA’s Original Works Festival, “KALEIDOSCOPE.” From 18th to 20th October, immerse yourself in a diverse range of stories brought to life by our talented Grade 11 Drama students.
What is “KALEIDOSCOPE”?
“KALEIDOSCOPE” is a celebration of originality. Witness a kaleidoscope of ideas and many different perspectives. Eight new works explore profound themes, fearlessly tackling complex subject matter.
The Creative Journey
Our Grade 11 Drama students have conceptualised, writen, produced, and directed these performances. Guided by our senior drama educator, Pam Ndlovu, they weave theatrical, musical and choreographic kaleidoscopes to give form to their ideas.
Where It Happens
Enjoy these captivating performances in the intimate setting of the NSA Downstairs Theatre. Shows start at 18:00 each evening.
Adjudication and Awards
All eight works will be adjudicated, with the top productions performing on 20th October when award winners, including Best Production, Director, Actor, and Actress, will be announced.
