DESCRIPTION:Audition for Greatness – NSA Opens 2026 Intake Auditions\nAudition Day: Saturday\, 10 May 2025 | National School of the Arts\, Braamfontein \nAre you a learner with talent\, passion\, and commitment to the arts? The National School of the Arts (NSA)\, South Africa’s leading School of Specialisation in Performing and Creative Arts\, invites prospective learners currently in Grades 7 to 10 to audition for entry into Grades 8 to 11 in 2026. \nAt NSA\, learners receive specialist training in Art\, Dance\, Drama\, or Music\, integrated with a strong academic programme that prepares them for further education and careers in the creative and academic fields. Admission is strictly by audition in one of the four specialist disciplines. \nAudition Day Details: \nDate: Saturday\, 10 May 2025\nTime: Registration opens at 07:30\nVenue: National School of the Arts\, 17 Hoofd Street\, Braamfontein\, Johannesburg \nApplicants Must: \n\nSubmit an online application before audition day (click here)\nBring a certified copy of their birth certificate and latest school report\nBe prepared with discipline-specific requirements (see below)\n\nGrade 8 & 9 applicants will write an English proficiency test (08:00–09:00) before proceeding to auditions. \nGrade 10 & 11 applicants will proceed directly to their departmental auditions. \nAuditions are free of charge. All interested learners must apply online in advance. \nDiscipline-Specific Requirements: \nArt:  \nArt supplies – pencil\, eraser\, coloured pencils\, ruler\, and pen.
