NSA Information

Dress Code

Uniform items should be purchased before learners arrive at the beginning of each year as this allows learners to feel accepted and instils a sense of pride in the uniform and the school from the outset. Learners must realise that they represent the school whenever they wear their uniform, whether it be at school, travelling to or from school, or at an official function.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS

Blazers are not required for learners until they receive colour awards in the senior grades. We feel that an investment in such an expensive item of clothing is only necessary in recognition of learner’s achievements. These colours blazers are available from stockists. These may only be worn with the skirt, culotte or grey school flannel trousers and with formal black leather shoes. There is no school tie.

All other uniform items can be bought from :

  • Burger Broers (Pty) Ltd. 011/782-1055
  • McCullagh & Bothwell 011/487-0197 - re-located to Sacred Heart College Campus at 15 Eckstein Street, Observatory
